GREEK AID is a non-for-profit organization whose mission is to raise money to aid Greeks affected by natural disasters and those requiring assistance due to serious medical conditions.
GREEK AID welcomes the energy and support of many contributors and organizations who believe in the organization’s core vision – to unite our resources to empower those in need.
Upon raising funds, GREEK AID aims to deliver the maximum support to those in need by securing the method of delivery with the least administrative cost.

We are going to discuss the following:
1- Elections
2- Walk a thons ( Ronald Macdonald House and St. Marys Foundation)
3- Raise money for fire Victims in Austrailia
4- Other possible ideas for fund raisers

AMMOS (Next to Central in Astoria) on December 19th.
We’ll have a few table reserved and $40 will cover dinner for the evening.

OVELIA event a BIG hit for GREEK AID

Many thanks to those of you who were able to come out last Thursday to our event at OVELIA in Astoria!
We were able to raise $$$ for the fire victims from the raffle thanks to your generous participation. Congratulations to our raffle winner Angela Kamisakis!
Of course, we could not boast of such a successful event without our gracious hosts at OVELIA, who also gifted our organization with a per person donation for each of our guests.
Thousand thanks, as they say in Greek, and may your generosity be returned in success and happiness!
